SHIPPING, RETURNS, CANCELLATION
& REFUND POLICY
a) Shipping efficiency
We shall ensure that your order will be quickly processed,
well packed, shipped and safely delivered to you.
We ship our fishing flies to any destination in the
world using the shipping method listed below.
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates
based upon the stocks available, shipping method selected
and your shipment’s destination and communicate
this to you.
b) Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are fixed for each
Order but are determined by the method of shipping selected.
Our Shipping Methods are as follows:
1. EMS Courier (3-5 from the date of dispatch) Cost
= USD 48.00
2. Fedex Economy (5-7days from the date of dispatch)
Cost = USD 85.00
3. One World Courier (3-5 days from the date of dispatch)
Cost = USD 38.00
4. Free shipping (by approval only) this option is available
is some countries and it is meant for clients who want
to add some flies to an order after it has been posted
without paying for the shipping twice - the initial
chosen shipping is used and the extra flies added and
shipped together. If you are not sure of how and when
to use the Free Shipping option please contact us on
info@greatlakesflies.com.
Any orders that do not meet the conditions for free
shipping and are sent with this option shall not be
valid until the shipping is paid for, and they may be
cancelled at the buyer's cost.
The shipping rated will be adjusted from time to time
based on the shipper rates and the rates at the time
of the purchase transaction shall supercede those indicated
here or elsewhere.
The Shipping durations given here are from the date
of dispatch of the order. For more information on our

c) Satisfaction Statement
Our goal is to ensure your complete
satisfaction with every purchase.
d) Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason,
you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase
date will be credited in full (excluding shipping charges)
in the same payment form and currency as the original
payment.
Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be
received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
The following Conditions for
Return of Goods must be met before Great Lakes
Fishing Flies accepts your goods as returned. Great
Lakes Fishing Flies reserves the right to charge 20%
restocking fee and even to refuse the return.
i) The fishing fly goods must be physcally
returned for refund or exchange consideration, within
15 days of original purchase
ii) Items and packaging must be received
in unused condition as sent by Great Lakes Fishing Flies.
iii) The goods must be in the original and undamaged
packaging from Great Lakes Flies
iv) Packaging must include all original
items, labels, packing lists etc.
v) Return Authorization
Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
vi) Return package must include copy of the the original
invoice or sale receipt
Before returning package you need to
contact Great Lakes Fishing Flies to receive Return
Authorization Number (RAN) (RAN to be placed on returning
package). To get a RAN you should send an e-mail to
orders@greatlakesflies.com giving the reasons for request
to return the fishing flies and if acceptable we shall
send you the RAN which shall be placed on the returning
package.
The buyer shall bear all costs of shipping the fishing
flies back for replacement.
Once you recieve our RAN, please mail your package in
a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address
below:

e) Order Cancellations
Clients are free to cancell orders at any time
without prejudice to any party and without expectation
or demand for refund.
f) Payment Refund
i )Payment refunds for cancelled orders will only be
considered if we have surpassed the timelines given
for preparation, packaging by more than 24 hours without
giving prior reason for the delay.
ii) Payment refunds for cancellations due to shipping
delays after discpatch (where the client has the tracking
number) shall not be honored.
iii) Payment refunds for goods that have been returned
and that have not met all our conditions for return
will not be honored.
iv) Payment refunds for goods that have met the Return
conditions will be paid less any shipping and handling
costs charged.
v) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
unless where the order is cancelled due to Great Lakes
Fishing Flies's inability to prepare pack and dipatch
an order within the standard durations plus 24 hours.
g) Difficulty in reveral of transactions
Be very sure when placing your orders
because once an order has been submitted at 2Checkout
and your credit card or paypal has been charged, it
will be very difficult to reverse without valid reasons.
