ORDERING PROCEDURES AND POLICY

1. All orders shall be done through this website, unless where the client contacts us directly for special specifications and/or very large wholesale supply contracts.

2. To purchase view the category and pattern of fishing flies you want then click on the "Add to Cart" button as per the pattern and hook size you require. This will lead you to our resellers 2checkout.com where you shall complete the purchase via credit card or paypal.

3.2checkout.com are our authorised reseller and they supports the following Credit Cards and also accepts PAYPAL.

4. Once we recieve your Order we shall begin processing it and contact you to give you an expected shipping date.

5. Once we dispatch the Order, we shall contact you giving you all the details so that you may be able track your parcel.

6. On receiving it, we request an email confirming the receipt and confirming if the goods are as per order and that they are no damages or missing items.

7. Incase of goods damage or missing items, you may contact us immediately. Please see our shipping and returns page for details

8. We normally hold stocks of most patterns of the fishing flies but where we run are out of stock we will quicky tie the flies to complete your Order and give you a shipping date estimate. Delivery is between 14 to 30 days depending on destinations, quantity ordered and patterns selected.

MODES OF PAYMENT:

2. Money Transfer Using Western Union or MoneyGram:
This is normally for those clients that purchase large wholesale orders and they will normally contact us directly and we then agree on payment terms.
